Planning permission has been granted for the new community centre on High Street, featuring modern facilities and meeting spaces.
The Parish Council is pleased to announce that planning permission has been granted for our new community centre project. The new facility will include modern meeting rooms, a community kitchen, and improved accessibility features. Construction is expected to begin in Spring 2025, with completion scheduled for late 2025. The project represents a significant investment in our community's future and will provide enhanced facilities for local groups and events. The centre will replace the existing aging facilities and provide a modern, energy-efficient building that meets the needs of all residents. We thank the community for their support throughout the planning process.

Applications are now being accepted for allotment plots for the 2025 growing season. Priority given to Henlow residents.
The Parish Council is now accepting applications for allotment plots for the 2025 growing season. We have both full and half plots available, with water included from April to September. Located north of the High Street opposite the Pit Recreation Ground, our allotments provide an excellent opportunity for residents to grow their own vegetables and connect with the community. Priority is given to Henlow residents, and there is currently a waiting list. To apply, please contact the Parish Office on 01462 811800 or email clerk@henlow-pc.gov.uk.
